Warranty & service
Semitron branded products come with a two-year warranty, valid from the purchase date onwards. Inverters come with a one-year warranty and batteries with a six-months, as offered by manufacturers.
Kindly note that warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damages caused by external cause, faulty handling and coupling etc.
- Force Majeure, such as fire, lightnings, explosions, war, riots, floods, natural catastrophes, hurricanes, etc.

- If the problem cannot be fixed via remote support, our experts reach your premises to take a closer look. If there is valid warranty, the problem will be fixed completely free of charge. If not, repair prices are fixed, so you may be informed about the cost, in advance. In case the damage is too serious, exchanging the product at a reduced price might be a considerable option.
